Hobs and electric oven are not off-the-rack supplied. They can be integrated with other appliances of your choice, supplied by J.Corradi or by other manufacturers.

This cooker is available in the "thermo" version also, in order to have hot water for radiators or underfloor heating (take a look at the "thermo" version).

Heating

The firebox with a depth of 39 cm ensures less frequent loading of wood and, thanks to a “continuous flame”, allows for burning wood more than six hours after the last load.

To adjust the amount of heat and the duration of the fire you can use the handy knob, according to your needs: intense heat when you are cooking on the grate and baking, or moderate heat and continually burning wood when you need to heat only or you are preparing food that needs to be cooked long and slowly.

The door is entirely made of glass to provide a full view of the flame.

Cooking

Thanks to its considerable thickness (8 mm), the cast iron cooking grate allows you to maintain a more constant and uniform temperature throughout the cooking process, also ensuring a long service life over time.

The storage compartment is handy to store plates and tableware or to keep warm the dishes, while wood is burning.

In the "thermo" version, the storage compartment becomes the drawers for the hydraulic kit.

The sides are available in stainless steel or painted metal, with insulated panels ideal for recessed solutions. As alternative, it is also available a tiled coating side panel, that offers the pleasant retro texture as in the picture.

There is a hood (optional) that goes perfectly with the kitchen in terms of size, finishes and colours. It has a pleasant diffused light and washable stainless steel filters. 1,000 m3/h suction power.

As an optional feature, it can also be matched with a stainless steel wall-mounted panel with a handy bar to hang kitchen utensils.

The front handrail pipe, very handy when you're cooking, is fitted as standard.
