Heating
The wood firebox, on the left, is especially deep, so that even large logs can be placed inside.
The fire is regulated through two convenient handles, found inside the compartment under the firebox. One is used for opening/closing the by-pass when lighting the fire. The other is useful to change the amount of oxygen that flows into the firebox, as needed.
The walls of the firebox are in Alutec®, a patented refractory material that whitens at high temperature and assures perfect combustion.
The door is highly reflecting double glazed, which assures insulation and perfect flame, with the utmost safety.

Cooking
The wood-burning oven stand out for its generous size, a sizable 51 litres, and the even and constant internal temperature. This allows for perfect cooking with unmatched flavours and taste compared to electric ovens.
The door is triple glazed for maximum insulation and safety. The thermometer is supplied as standard.
The multifunction electric oven (64 litres) offers 9 types of cooking and optional rotisserie. Internal cladding in a special enamel that guarantees maximum hygiene and makes cleaning easier.

A top with removable rings is provided as standard over the firebox, entirely made in extra-thick cast-iron for greater resistance and durability.
A plate in ceramic glass is available as an alternative to the traditional cast iron plate. This option is only possible with the rear smoke outlet.
The 4-hob gas cooktop has a stainless steel moulded tray for easier cleaning and sturdy cast-iron grates.
As an alternative to gas, a 60cm electric induction cooktop is available. By conveying the power generated directly to the ferromagnetic bottom of the appropriate cookware, the induction hob does not disperse heat and assures energy performance of more than 90%.
A hood with extraction fan is available (optional feature) perfectly matching the kitchen in size, finishes and colours. It has a pleasant diffused light and washable stainless steel filters. 1,000 m3/h suction power.
