Cooker with combined elements of wood, gas, electricity, with firebox, multifunction electric oven, cast iron cooking grate, stainless steel customizable hobs.
Doors made ​​of cast iron, outer coating made of black or bordeaux enamelled metal.
Finishes in brass and stainless steel. Available with feet made of cast metal or black painted steel, or metal base for recessed solutions.

This cooker is available in the "thermo" version also, in order to have hot water for radiators or underfloor heating (take a look at the "thermo" version).

Heating

The firebox with a depth of 40 cm ensures less frequent loading of wood and, thanks to a “continuous flame”, allows for burning wood more than six hours after the last load. 

The all-glass door makes the presence of fire in the room even more pleasing.  

The ash pan is particularly large and it can be emptied every 2-3 days.

Cooking

The multifunction electric oven (53 litres), featuring heavy-duty construction, offers 9 types of cooking and a standard, built-in rotisserie function. The “easy to clean” enamel and self-cleaning panels make cleaning extremely easy.

Thanks to its considerable thickness (8 mm), the cast iron cooking grate allows you to maintain a more constant and uniform temperature throughout the cooking process, also ensuring a long service life over time.
Compared to other products on the market, the gas hob is characterised by the strength and durability of the burners, an average of 30 % more power, a large tank for liquids that is extremely easy to clean, robust and very stable enamelled cast iron grill.
 

By directing the power generated directly to the ferromagnetic bottom of the appropriate cookware, the electric induction hob does not disperse heat and ensures an energy performance of more than 90 %.

The electric glass-ceramic hob is distinguished by ease of use and cleaning. Through a floor with different areas and different levels of power, the heat is transmitted to the bottom of the cookware by means of high performance electrical resistance.

 

There is a hood (optional) that goes perfectly with the kitchen in terms of size, finishes and colours. It has a pleasant diffused light and washable stainless steel filters. 1,000 m3/h suction power.

As an optional feature, it can also be matched with a stainless steel wall-mounted panel with a handy bar to hang kitchen utensils.

The front handrail pipe, very handy when you're cooking, is fitted as standard. It is also available in a perimeter version or only on one side.
